Terms & Conditions

• Referrers will receive 5% of a referred client's pay-per-click monthly management fees for the duration of the client contract or one year, whichever is less; 5% of a referred client's SEO project (excludes the Intro to Marketing report); and 5% of a referred client's web design project.
• For a client to qualify as a referred client such that the Referrer is eligible to receive commission, the new client must request pay-per-click services through the Contact form and must provide the Referrer's Name and Code.
• Commissions are paid out on a quarterly basis (i.e. every 3 months, on the last day of the month) on balances of at least $50.
• Commission will be paid to the Referrer by cheque.
• Participants will be required to sign a Referral Program Agreement.
• October 17 Media may terminate your Agreement with 30 days written notice. In this situation, the Referrer will still receive all owed commissions under the cancelled agreement.
